‘Go the (Social) Distance’ with RUNGRL in April

COVID-19 and the effects of social distancing have turned our world upside down in just a few weeks’ time. Uncertainty surrounds everything that used to be our norm. Please know you’re not alone in any feelings of stress, anxiety, or even fear. It’s okay to feel those feelings. 

Over the coming weeks (and perhaps months), we’re working to be here for you, sharing resources to support your overall wellness. RUNGRL has info and inspiration to help you get moving for the first time, take care of your mental well being, maintain your tresses while the shops are closed, and more. 

For the month of April, join us as we collectively make health and mindfulness a priority, even while at home. Go the Social Distance and commit to ‘30 Days of You’ in this daily challenge of mindfulness, self-care, training, nutrition, and miles with the RUNGRL community.
