The Relay: What’s On Your Running Vision Board?

We’re just get started on what looks to be yet another crazy, challenging year filled with both wins and lessons. Now, this is usually the time when we start obsessing over all we would like to accomplish for the new year but, if you’re anything like us, you’ve been easing into this new year nice and slowly. We’re all about being committed to wellness, but this year, we want to approach it in a thoughtful and accessible way.

Planning to improve your health and wellness all starts with a vision. Whether you like to reset with a closet clean-out or a new gym membership, to reach your goals for the future, it helps to be organized and intentional.

Many new resolutions are all about a dramatic shift into a ‘new you’ at the start of the year. Instead RUNGRL is challenging our community to think about your resolutions like building a vision for a healthier you.

The past two years have taught us to ‘come in quietly, sit down, and don’t touch anything’ when it comes to making plans, so we’ve decided to do some collective manifestation in hopes of improving our new year outlook.

That’s why RUNGRL is launching the RUNGRL Running Vision Planner, a free, 14-day plan to help you build out your running and wellness vision for the new year and beyond.

This downloadable planner is a day-by-day plan to build your vision for health and wellness. We’re creating the vision in both a literal and figurative sense by setting intentions for the year ahead on a real vision board. Real, actionable activities for both mind and body will help you establish good habits and set the tone for what you hope to accomplish and how you want to feel.
